The organizing committee of the Zabaikalsky International Film Festival (ZMKF) has revealed that the XII edition of the festival will take place in Chita from June 5 to 8, 2025.
This highly anticipated event will once again showcase the finest works of contemporary Russian and international cinema to both residents and visitors of the region. The festival promises a diverse program, including film premieres, educational workshops, creative meetings, and a charity initiative. Additionally, the event will extend its reach to various cities and districts across the region, bringing the magic of cinema to a wider audience.
The XII Zabaikalsky International Film Festival will gather in Chita beloved theater and film actors, directors, and prominent figures from the cinematic world.
President of ZMKF - Alexander Mikhailov, a celebrated People’s Artist of the RSFSR. The event is organized by the "Trans-Baikal Community," an association dedicated to preserving and promoting the ethnographic culture of Siberia.
