Five attempts to tell the most important thing, for lack of words and the fear not to be understood. Five steps to the self, through reflections on close people. IRA VOLKOVA

Born and raised on the Taimyr peninsula. Graduated from the faculty of philology and journalism of Krasnoyarsk University, then from the Higher Courses for Scriptwriters & Film Directors (class of V.Fenchenko). Director of fiction and non-fiction cinema. Her filmography includes “Distance” (2005, short), “My Kieslowski” (2006, doc.), “Inside” (2009, doc.), etc. “Dialogues” is her full-length debut.
