The school year is finally over, the long-awaited holidays have come. Little Nicolas goes to the seaside with his parents and his granny. The boy loses no time and immediately makes new friends there. Moreover, Nicolas makes the acquaintance of a girl who follows him everywhere. “What a nice couple! One can hear the chimes of wedding bells!” joke the adults. Nicolas panics. Luckily faithful friends come to his rescue. That’s when real trouble starts...
LAURENT TIRARD
Born in 1967 in France. He studied filmmaking at New York University, worked as a script reader for Warner Bros. studios, then became a journalist and worked for the French film magazine “Studio” for six years. In 1997, he left the magazine and began writing scripts for film and television, while directing two short films. Winner of national and international film festivals. His director’s filmography includes “The Story of My Life” (2004), “Molière” (2007), “Little Nicholas” (2009), “Astérix and Obélix: God Save Britannia” (2012), etc.
