The young man returns from the city to his small village to visit his mother. Childhood friends lead him to local rural races where the village youth gathers to drive everything sent to them by the Togliatti Motor Plant, surely modernizing some of the de ciencies of the manufacturer. A series of events that happened to the hero during these races, have changed his life forever. Returning back to the city, he decides to organize his own legal racing club. But the way to this goal turns out to be extremely dangerous, because this niche has been already occupied and brings good income to its owners who are roo ng by the top power. Their reluctance to cultivate a competitor leads to a serious and dangerous struggle.
