This is a story about a man who went on a journey. Guided by an old Soviet guidebook found on the street, he saddled his iron horse and went to one of the most beautiful and mysterious corners of his homeland — Altai. On the way he will overcome trials, sudden encounters, exotic rituals and mystical revelations. It will be a journey a er which a man can no longer be the same.

GARIK SUKACHYOV
Born in 1959 in Moscow Region. Graduated from directing department at the Lipetsk Theatre College. Musician, composer, director, actor, scriptwriter. Founder and leader of the Russian rock bands “Brigada S” and “Nerpikasayemye”, author of music for theatre productions, lms, TV series. Winner of theatre award “Chaika” (Seagull). Debuted as a cinema actor in 1988, appeared in movies by many well-known Russian lm directors. His directorial lmography includes “Middle Age Crisis” (1997), “Holiday” (2001), “The House of Sun” (2010).
