VIII Zabaikalsky International Film Festival will focus on young audience

Eighth Zabaikalsky International Film Festival will take place on May 30th till June 2nd, 2019 in Chita, Russia. It is going to be the main cultural event of this region.

This year Film Festival has an ambitious goal: formation of a young person in terms of the development of society, formation of civic identity, strengthening of career guidance and the preservation of the moral and family values by using art and multinational region’s culture.

Extensive programme of Festival, including master classes, mobile creative meetings at region platforms, business program with youth pitches and night of short films, will focus on direct communication with young generations.

The main idea of Film Festival is a conversation with audience via the most important themes of independents films. The programme will include the best movies of last years. They’ll find responses from young audience.

Film Festival will traditionally introduce popular Russian and foreign artists who visit Zabaikalsky region every year to the young citizens of Chita.
